Jun 25, 2004 · My network's on a router with DHCP on. I have three PCs(all XP Pro) on the network and all are on the internet without a problem. On PC1, I can ping the gateway & dns but not my own IP address. I can however ping 127.0.0.1. All pings were using ip address. PC1 can ping PC2 & PC3. PC2
